Product based on the most current pastry with round base designs and a lot of height. This structure allows us to achieve very stylized cakes with a lot of volume and modern and attractive finishes.
The product consists of 3 layers of juicy cocoa sponge cake, between which layers of cream are placed. The whole cake is covered with a thin side layer of cream.
On the surface, it is finished with a layer of chocolate coating that overflows irregularly on the sides.
Decoration: a crown of cream rosettes inside which are placed some broken chocolate beads that give more volume to the product.
